He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stan Keyes and Burdena Barker Keyes. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Clark Keyes; his children, Stacey Bourne (Jimmy) and Shea Sumner (Trisha); his sisters, Paula Guidara (Kenny) and Leah Keyes; his grandchildren, Cole, Hayden, Paxtyn, Olivia, Jaxon, Brandon (Kira) and Stormy (Mason); and his great grandchildren, Braedon, Reagen, Kaylee, Jordan and Rainey.
In lieu flowers, Rodger would have liked donations to Food 4 Kids, First Methodist Church.
