He is survived by: his wife Jasmine Nieves; his mother Maria Rivera Aponte; his siblings, Hiram Nieves, Holvin Nieves, Raul Nieves and Carmen Rosario; his children, Esteban Nieves, Raquel Morales, Rosemary Ruiz, Gabriel Nieves and Juan Nieves; and his grandchildren, Alyssa Morales, Destiny Nieves, Josue Morales, Trinity Mia Nieves, Isabella Nieves, Jasmin Ruiz, David Nieves, Victoria Ruiz, Matthew Ruiz, Makenzie Nieves, Madeline Nieves and Timothy Ruiz.
