We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2020, at the age of 89, Marion James (Midlothian, Texas), born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marion James to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Michael Hickey and Genevieve Mary Flynn; her siblings, Dorothy Hickey, Lorraine Laswell, John Hickey and Robert Hickey; and her son-in-law Jimmy Busby.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Bryan, Erik, Emily, Ellen, Evan, Sarah, Katie and Alanna; her great grandchildren, Alyson, Krysten, Chase, Skyler, Ryan, Lydia, Ethan, Andrew, Owen, Jacob, Elise, Alex, Parker, Landry, Micah, Jessica, Jordon, Kohen and Jemma; her great great grandchildren, Abbygale and Brantly; her husband Charles James; and her children, Ron James (Nancy), Robin Poehler (Ken Davis) and Rhonda Ann Busby.

In lieu of flowers, you may send donations in memory of Marion James to DeSoto Seventh-day Adventist church for children's ministry or donate in her memory to your local church children's ministry. Our plan is to share donations to DeSoto SDA Church with Camp Yorktown Bay, a place Mom went to for many years with most of her grandchildren and was very fond of.
