He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Elmo Stephens and Sarah George Pearson Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sons, Scott (Rebecca), Jon A. (Kristin) and Chris (Michelle); his grandchildren, Allyssa Weisinger (Josh), Andrew, Evan, Makayla, Henry, Jack, Waylon and Luke Stephens; and his sister Jaan Stephens White. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Masonic Children & Family Services of Texas, Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, reflecting Jon's commitment to helping others.
