He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Kimbrough and Sally Swinford; and his brother David Kimbrough. He is survived by: his children, Ricky Kimbrough and Jennifer Sample (Eric); his granddaughters, Paige Sample, Storie Sample and Vicki Kimbrough; his siblings, Kenny Kimbrough (Lisa Lynch), Mark Kimbrough (Christine) and Susie Sargent (David); his close friend Linda Walker of Fort Worth; and his friends, Verlon Thompson, Tony Pierce, Krag Schmedel, Scooter Kiser, Hoang "Doc" Le and Danny Naccarato. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
