Roy Beaird wrote a sympathy message

“Helen, I am so sorry to hear about Jack. I can relate to your pain although no two people walk the same path. The only comfort I can offer is that God is God and will always be God. Our time as friends dates back to Tyler in the 1970s. I will never forget preaching for you and Jack in Oklahoma and the times, Jack reached out to bless me in some measure. He was a friend and a genuine man of God. Not sure I can attend but will hold you in my heart. Prayed for Jack daily. Praying for you!”
