He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lee Curtis and Opal Duffer Curtis; and his brother Dennis Joe Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Joyce Grant; and his children, Sheri Curtis of Bedford, TX and James Curtis of De Soto, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation. *Face Masks will be required for services at Midlothian Funeral Home and DFW National Cemetery.
