He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Pete" Fletcher Sanders and Mildred May Williamson; and his sister Sharon Stoffregen. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Jo McKenna Sanders; his children, Debi Sanders Martinez and Brian Sanders; his grandchildren, Sterling Martinez, Chloe Martinez, Grace Sanders and Kelly Sanders; his brother John Sanders (Amy); his children-in-law, John Martinez and Alison Sanders; his brother-in-law Bill Stoffregen; and his nephews, Jason and Blake Stoffregen.
