He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Galvan and Carmen Galvan; his son Dale; his siblings, Toni, Frank and Louis; and his grandmother Minga.
He is survived by: his child Chris; his wife Kay; his daughters, Amanda (Dwayne) and Marla Gail; his daughter-in-law Stephanie; his grandchildren, Christina (Justin), Haley, Ezra, Olivia, Taiya, TJ, Bob, Kayty, Cody, Maegan and Brittany; and his siblings, Tommy (Minda), Mary, Lisa and Larry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
