He is survived by: his children, Lula Bell Powers and Cecil Carl Tart; his wife Sandra Gene Broome; his sons, Steven Ray Tart and Gregory Alan Tart; his grandchildren, Dina Leann Edens (DeeDee), Dana Michelle Tart, Joshua Alan Tart and Austin Gregory Tart; his great grandchildren, Corbin, Dylan, Caleb, Riley and Paige Morgan; his great great grandchild Braylie Morgan; and his brother Carl Tart.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Alzheimer's Association and/or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
