He was predeceased by: his brother Charles Ray; and his sister-in-law Melinda. He is survived by: his parents, George Clayton and Martha Joann Bryant (Anderson); his spouse Mylinda Martin; his children, Shelby Diana (James Meador) and Ethan Matthew (Makayla Lattimore); and his grandchildren, Jaimee, James Jr. and Sullivan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
