She is survived by: her husband Mike Cozad; her children, Michelle Keeney (Gary) and Michael Cozad (Stacy); her grandchildren, Kendall Wilson (Wyatt), Kayla Rickman (Waylon), Ashlyn Cozad and Cale Cozad; and her great grandchild Warren Rickman.
