“Dear Bev and Gary. This is the first I have heard that Bruce passed away. I am so sorry. I wish I could write more, but what does one say? I enjoyed our friendship when you lived here and I know my Gary and I really respected you both and your family. My Gary passed away last July after a long illness. Six years earlier he had severe kidney surgery, which was rather botched. He went down hill from there. I will keep you in my prayers. Love, Helen Niemi”
