She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Newton Phillips and Mary Elizabeth Johnson Phillips; her siblings, Caroll Phillips and Mary Elizabeth Phillips Bragg; and her son-in-law Bruner Baker.
She is survived by: her husband Howard Eugene Butcher; her children, Pam Baker, Philip Butcher and Keith Butcher; and her daughter-in-law Sherry Mayo Butcher. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
