She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel James Tolbert and Rosetta Winkles Tolbert; and her former husband James Puckett. She is survived by: her husband James Scott of Midland, TX; her children, Tara (Bryan Saucier), Sandy (Nick Powers), Donna Collins of Carrollton and Ricky; her daughter-in-law Tina Wilborn of Carrollton; and her brothers, Wayne Tolbert of Carrollton, GA, Ed Tolbert of Carrollton, GA and Joe Tolbert of Carrollton, GA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
