He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesusita and Eufemio Moreno; and his brothers, MiguelMoreno, Armando Moreno and Juan Moreno.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Moreno; his sisters, Marcela Benavides, Julia Mercado, Antonia Galindo, Manuela Villa and Flora Baeza; and his daughters, Veronica Moreno, Arcenia Pizarro (Gustavo Pizarro) and Yecenia Leyva (Israel Leyva). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
