He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolfo Garcia and Natividad Garcia; and his wife Maria Louisa Perez Garcia. He is survived by: his children, Corina Urias (Gummy), Viola Flores, Rodolfo "Rudy" Garcia, Jr. (Carol) of San Antonio, Ricky Garcia (Lupe) and Michael Garcia (Patricia) of Odessa, Texas.; and his niece Olivia Flores (Vivi). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren; and numerous great-great grandchildren, and nephews and nieces.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Chapel (2508 N Big Spring St, Midland, TX 79705). A rosary was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (1401 Garden Ln, Midland, TX 79701).
