He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Billy Therwhanger and Joyce Therwhanger; his children, Chelsie (Ryan) of California and Brannon (Anita) of Midland; his grandchildren, Julianna, Sierra, Ian, Evan and Lilian; and his brothers, Terry (Teresa) of Lamesa and Lindy (Jennifer). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
Randy dedicated 41 years of his life to serving at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), where he made significant contributions to the organization.
