Norma Lucille Rowland Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2024, at the age of 89, Norma Lucille Rowland of Midland, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband David R. Rowland. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Sims (Bill) of McKinney and Melissa McCarroll (David) of Midland, Texas; and her grandsons, Brandon McCarroll, Patrick Sims and Matthew McCarroll. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
