He is survived by: his daughters, April Kelly Prince of Midland, Ecko Reyna (Esiquio) of Midland, Sandy Resendez (Michael) of Seminole, Crystal Kelly (John Raymond Cazares) and Danielle Diaz (Anthony) of Fort Lupton, Colorado; and his siblings, David Kelly of Seminole, Daniel Kelly of Odessa, Brad Brandon Kelly of Seminole, Georgia Kelley (Donnie) of Oklahoma, Tena Kelly of Seminole and Angel Kelly of Seminole. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
