She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward and Albertine Roberta Neeley (Glenn). She is survived by: her significant other Herman High; her children, Debbie Sullins (Rick), Connie Baker (Ken) and Don High; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Ann "Lisa" Woodroof (James), Dan Sullins (Nellie) and Kristin Elizabeth Baker; and her sister-in-law Betty Neeley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
