It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Luisa Nieto of Midland, Texas, born in Presidio, Texas, who passed away on February 11, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Elida Garza; and her siblings, Valeriana Lopez and Carmen Longoria. She is survived by: her children, Delila Valenzuela of Midland, TX., Luisa Garza of Kerrville, TX, Debbie Nieto Perez (Uble) of Austin, TX, Cindy Talamantes (Mike), Rosie Cox (Mark) of Midland, TX and Jose Nieto (Christina) of Kerrville; and her sister Francis Villa (Frank) of Midland, TX.
Viewing was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A rosary was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish & Shrine (1401 Garden Ln, Midland, TX 79701).
