He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Atchison and Daisy Atchison; and his siblings, Eddie Jr., Larry, William, Terry and Sonia.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce Edwards, Rose Young (John), Glendora Atchison, J. L. Sullivan and Willie Sullivan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church (1400 E Golf Course Rd, Midland, TX 79701). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
