He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Houston and Lillian Spears Wiseman; and his siblings, John, Leon, Billy and Jenelle.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Gary Wiseman (Earl) of Kailua, HI, Douglas "Dubby" Wiseman (Pam) of Midland and Dianna Pratt (Devin) of Tel Aviv, Israel.; and his grandchildren, Dagan Pratt (Devin Rose), Kalli Martin (Ben), Cutter Wiseman (Alyssa) and Dominique Pratt.
In lieu of flowers, donations to First Presbyterian Church or other charities in his name are suggested.
