He was predeceased by: his parents, Eduardo Pando and Tomasa Carrasco; and his siblings, Fermin Pando, Guillermo Pando, Thomas Pando, Victoriano Pando and Carlota Pando.
He is survived by: his wife Lidia M. Pando; his children, Petra M. Pando, Cesar M. Pando, Eulalio Pando (Chacho), Socorro Pando, Jose Pilar Pando, Abigail Pando, Edelmira Pando and Griselda Pando; his siblings, Carlos Pando, Daniel Pando, Benito Pando, Pascuala Aragonez, Angel Pando and Eugenio Pando; and his grandchildren, Daena Pando, Julio Pando, Noel Terrazas, Marco Pando, Courtney Leigh Vargas, Santiago Pando, Indhy Pando, Emmanuel Borunda, Benjamin Madrid, Rosio Pando, Javier Borjon, Aaron Pando, Idaly Rubalcava, Andres Borjon, Andrea Borjon, Ally Oscar Carrasco, Bianca Pando, Eulalio Pando (Junior), Mauro Pando, Jaime Madrid, Linda Pando, Emiliano Pando and Natalie Pando. He is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Willowbrook Funeral Home Chapel (1311 W Florida Ave, Midland, TX 79701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 9:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Serenity Memorial Gardens (6800 TX-349, Midland, TX 79706).
