He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Otis Brashear and Patricia Ida Smith Brashear. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Alcott Brashear (Pat); and his sons, Ryan Jeffrey Brashear of Norman and Kelly Patrick Brashear of Midland, Texas..
