He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Parkhurst and Pearl Parkhurst; his son Daniel Thomas Parkhurst; and his siblings, Jimmy, Lorene, Darlene, Mark and Joyce. He is also survived by his wife, children, twelve grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
