He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Willis and Wyonetta Willis; his brother Gary Willis; and his former wife Peggy Willis. He is survived by: his wife Jayne Willis; and his children, Bill Willis Jr., Brandy Letcher (Ronald), Nicole Wilson (Charles) and Tasha Porter (John). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Serenity Memorial Gardens (6800 TX-349, Midland, TX 79706).
