He is survived by: his wife Elia Salazar; his daughters, Lila Salazar and Helen Salazar; his siblings, Vicente Hernandez, Flora Munoz, Linda Sotelo, Adolfo Hernandez and Viola Hernandez; and his grandchildren, Chastity Meza, Arthur Salazar III, Ashley Salazar, Isaac Salazar, Isaiah Salazar, Jazmin Salazar, Evelyn Ramirez, Hailey Willis, Kelci Willis, Gili Lopez, Christian Lopez and Michael Lopez.
