He was predeceased by: his father Celedonio Cibrian; and his brother Celedonio Cibrian Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Marquez Cibrian; his children, Joanna Cibrian, Cynthia Cibrian and David Cibrian; his grandchildren, Joe Angel Garcia, Sarahlee Garcia, Analee Natividad, Sergio Natividad, Josiah Cibrian and Emmanuel Cibrian; his mother Gudelia Aguilar Lozoya; and his siblings, Norma Cibrian, Miguel Cibrian, Guadalupe Cibrian and Roberto Cibrian.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Willowbrook Funeral Home Chapel (1311 W Florida Ave, Midland, TX 79701). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish and Shrine (1401 Garden Ln, Midland, TX 79701). A burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at the Serenity Memorial Gardens (6800 TX-349, Midland, TX 79706). A rosary was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Willowbrook Funeral Home Chapel (1311 W Florida Ave, Midland, TX 79701).
