She was predeceased by: her parents, JoAnn Hewitt and T. P. Hewitt. She is survived by: her husband Fred Schwiening III; her children, Shelley Kuhlmann (Eli Kuhlmann) and Mark Schwiening (Amy Schwiening); her children-in-law, Eli Kuhlmann and Amy Schwiening; her grandson Cody Kuhlmann (Brittany Kuhlmann); her great grandchildren, Landri, Peyton and Colton Kuhlmann (Amber Kuhlmann); her pet Bella; and also, Cambrey, Paisley, Rhett and Austin.
She volunteered with the American Cancer Society, Home Hospice, and organized S.H.A.R.E. respite care at her church.
