She is survived by: her daughters, Susie Phillips of Midfield and Carolyn Dees of Midfield; her grandchildren, Doug Phillips, Matt Phillips, Jack Dees, Kelly Leach, Keith and Kenneth Ray Dees Jr.; her great grandchildren, Patton Phillips, Kelsey Cepak, Brooke Hickl, Haley Cann and James Dees; her great great grandchild Bowen Cepak; and her sisters, Kathryn Hale and Patsy Hale.
