She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry A Adamcik and Matilda Steffek Adamcik; her husband Johnny E. Kubala; and her brothers, Allen Adamcik and Alvin Adamcik.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Mason (Barney), Susan Kubala, Karen Karl (Michael), Michael Kubala (Sandra) and Robert Kubala (Patty); her grandchildren, John Kubala (Jamie), James Kubala (Kristin), Scott Mason, Shelley Waters (Cory), Dustin Karl, Renee Karl, John A. Nabergall III and Matthew Nabergall; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Kubala, Liam Kubala, Sloan Kubala, Grady Kubala, Maci Mason, Layne Waters and Riley Waters.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Disabled American Veterans, both charities close to her heart.
