She was predeceased by: her parents, Ella Carr and Clark Carr; her son Scott Hoffer; and her siblings, Erma Hedgecoke, Betty Davis, Elbie Carr, Carroll Carr, Jerry Carr and Tommy Carr.
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Rider (Jarred) of Oklahoma City, OK; her granddaughter Rachel Stevens (Joe) of Oklahoma City, OK; and her sisters, Shirley Pitman of Pampa and Mary Cox of Miami. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
