She is survived by: her mother Lottie Lee Kohutek; her husband Curtis Bagwell; her children, Brenda Boor (John) of Meyersville, Paul Wauson (Mitzi) of Victoria and Jennifer Miramontez (Ray) of Wimberley; her stepchildren, Brian Bagwell and Robin Bagwell; her grandchildren, Sarah Cusack, Chelsea Wauson, Ada Cusack Hooker, Hannah Cusack Cowart, David Cusack, Max Wauson, Jullianna Cusack Bevere, Vincent Wauson, William Cusack, Colton Wauson and Amanda Wauson; her siblings, Adam, Arlen, Dennis, Bobby, Allen Ray Kohutek and Doris Eidem; and her nieces and nephews, Carol Kinder, Joanna LeGalley, Phillip Kohutek and Scott Kohutek. She is also survived by her eleven siblings.
