He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie Howard and Elizabeth Howard (Taylor); his children, Freddy Howard and Jeanie Howard Ardoin; and his siblings, Hugh Douglas, James Eugene, Charles David, Cathy Elizabeth, Lilly Tina, Judith Ann, Nellie Mae and Melva.
He is survived by: his wife Lillie Pearl Howard of New Baden; his children, Doug Howard and Jennifer Ridge (Kirk) of Tomball; and his stepsons, Randy Price (Michelle) and David Price (Rebecca) of Donie. He is also survived by 25 grandkids; 29 great grandkids; 2 great-great grandkids; and numerous nieces and nephews.
