She was predeceased by: her parents, Jennings Wordes and Beulah Wordes; her brother Dennis Wordes; her uncle Pete; her aunt Zell Hinders; and her brother-in-law Richard Adelmund.
She is survived by: her siblings, Rosezell Adelmund and Dean Wordes; her sister-in-law Charlene Whiteside; and her close friend Beth Beene. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
