She was predeceased by: her sister Ethel Ann; and her parents, Irvin Russell and Lucile Russell. She is survived by: her husband James Edmond Pitts; her children, Corbitt (Don), Johnny Champion (Rebekah), Craig Champion (Wanda), Deanna Champion McKeever (Keith), Mark Champion and Molly Champion Baize (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Drew Corbitt (Rachel), Devin Corbitt Woodall (Aaron), Craig Champion, Jr. (Jacy), Carmen Champion Reyes (Al), Tara Champion Moore (Harry), Josh McKeever (Missy), Ashley McKeever, Paige Baize Soukup (Brandon) and Perri Baize. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
