He is survived by: his wife Maria Eva Acevedo Luna; his children, Juan, Jose, Teresa and Lidia; his grandchildren, Jonathon, Luis, Matteo, Joshuah, Adriana of Fernando, JP, Emma, Jennifer, Nico, Fabiola, Anayeli, Esmeralda, Lysette, Ximena, Julian and Benjie; his great grandchildren, Kaysen, Karsen, Kaizer, Sawyer, Luis, Kaylani, Ayden, Olivia, Angel and Kylie; his siblings, Ofelia Samaniego and Rafael Acevedo; and his sister-in-law Toni Acevedo.
