He is survived by: his wife Sue Furlow; his daughter Robin Hawkins (James); his grandchildren, Heath Hawkins (Jaque) and Chase Hawkins; his daughter Missy Condon (Clinton); his grandchildren, Jennifer Farst (J. D.) and Jaime Smith (Blake); and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Malacara (Miguel), Kole Hawkins, Landon Hawkins, Luke Smith, Jake Smith, Eva Smith, Ryker Farst, Harper Farst and Lainie Farst.
