She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Welch and Audry McGraw Welch; her husband Richard Marion Phillips; her son Jimmy Phillips; her daughter-in-law Linda Phillips; and her brother Roland Welch.
She is survived by: her sister Beverly Spell; her granddaughters, Nancy Reedy (Kelly) and Rebecca Phillips; her great grandchildren, Austin, Kamden and Jordyn; and her close friend Catherine Tucker (Jesse). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
