He is survived by: his wife Judy Mulholland; his former wife Karen Lindsay (Hill); his children, Kelli Epp (Matthew), Hoag Mulholland (Kerri), Ryan Mulholland (Sarah), Jim Adams (Tammy), Jana Johnson (Brandon), Justin Adams (Laura) and April Cryts (Cody); and his siblings, Cheryl Karkheck and John G Mulholland II. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren.
