With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Goldia Elizabeth Liles (Mexia, Texas), who passed away on January 10, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Winfield and Mattie Opal Rebecca Skiles (Brashears); her daughter Angela Michelle; and her grandchildren, Christopher Wayland Hibbard and Machelle Hibbard.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Jack Liles; her son Bill Liles (Tina) of Waco; and her grandchildren, William Clayton Liles, Holly, Jeremy Len Liles, Heather, Bobby Allan Liles, Bailey, Kelly Wayne Liles, Leia, Elizabeth Cadell (Scooter), Colt, Samantha Sullivan and Mikey. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (519 S McKinney St, Mexia, TX 76667). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mexia Cemetery (900 N Kaufman St, Mexia, TX 76667).
