It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Toliver (Mexia, Texas), born in Waco, Texas, who passed away on August 5, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her brother Henry Williams; her sister-in-law Susan Williams (Rita Smith) of Waco, Texas; her nieces and nephews, Roshay Williams of Dallas, Latasha Kennedy of Waco, Texas, Rayfield and Lamont Kennedy of Waco, Texas; and her uncles, Harvey Williams, Walter Williams and Lincoln Jackson of Waco. She is also survived by two great-nieces and three great nephews.
