She was predeceased by: her husband James R. Crutchfield; her parents, Marion Leon DeZell and Jewel Corinne Delo DeZell of Mexia; her siblings, Donald Dezell, Glendon Oscar DeZell, Margaret Kathleen DeZell, Lena Frances DeZell, Edward Leon DeZell and Bobby Neal DeZell; and her son Hubert Leon Crutchfield.
She is survived by: her children, Roger L. Crutchfield (Rita G. Crutchfield) of Dallas and Leigh Ann Brewer (James Steven Brewer) of Mexia; and her grandchildren, Kenny Crutchfield (Crystal Crutchfield), Stacey Crank (Gary Crank, Jr.), JC Brewer (Maddalyn Brewer) and Keri Carrillo (Danny Carrillo). She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
