He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chester Arthur and Vera Green Pitts; his wife Gloria Ann; his children, Rodney (Mary Pat) of Wichita, Kansas and Daryla Grund (Galen) of San Antonio; his grandchildren, Elise Christian (Stephen), Courtney Dunn (Jason), Tristan Pitts (Marilyn) and Jenna Grund (Hunter Tormey); and his great grandchildren, Caleb Christian, Garrett Christian, Natalie Dunn and Ryan Dunn.
