He was predeceased by: his parents, J. S. Rothrock and Bessie Rothrock; his brother Joseph Sanford Rothrock, Jr.; and his grandparents, Homer, Elvis Rhodes Tomlin, James Calvin (Jim) and Minnie Lee Waldrep Rothrock.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Rothrock; his daughter Kayla Joyce Cargile (Kiber Silva); his granddaughter Kadynce June Silva; his siblings, Laura Elizabeth Rothrock, Sandra Kay Hensley (Larry Hensley), Betty Jo Lockler and James Homer Rothrock; his nephews, David Wayne Rothrock, Kenneth Rothrock, Homer Wayne Hensley, Michael Litz Hensley, Benny Joe Lockler, III, Brian Jacob Lockler, William Tomlin Rothrock and Zachary Scott Rothrock; his niece Becky Jean Lockler; and his sister-in-law Jo Pulliam.
