He is survived by: his son Jeff Lummus; his grandchildren, Samantha Lummus and Grady Lummus; his brother Danny Lee Lummus of Mexia; and his nieces, Tracy Farris of Mexia, Crala Pringle of Groesbeck and Marilyn Shamblin (Sue Strothers) of Mexia.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ricks-Bowers Funeral Home (814 Main St, Jewett, TX 75860). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
