He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Rice; his parents, J. D. Rice and Vera Rice; and his brother-in-law Bob Stanley. He is survived by: his children, Keith W. Rice (Aubrey Coker) of Como, Texas and Janet K. Bevans (Mark) of Mesquite, Texas; his grandchildren, Chelsea Bevans (Matt Adams) of Mesquite, Texas and William Bevans (Samantha) of Mesquite, Texas; his sister Judy Stanley of Sherman, Texas; his niece Leigh Anne Wright; his nephew Ryan Rice of Greenville, Texas; and his great grandchild Natalie Rose Adams.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked all to make contributions to the Alzheimer's Association in Tommy's honor.
