He was predeceased by: his parents, Asa Leo Kiser Sr. and Beatrice Kiser (Smith); his son Terry Kiser; and his siblings, Asa Leo Jr., John, Charles, Betty, Carol, Shirley and Sandra.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kiser; his children, Ted Kiser Jr. (Sheryl), Tammie Hall (Scott) and Mary Dawson (Mike); his grandchildren, Blake Kiser (Karrie), Angela Stockford (Taylor), Trey Kiser, Ryan Hall (Ashely), Kris Dawson, Devin Flanagan, Tatum Dawson and Trenton Dawson; and his great grandchildren, Ethan Stockford, Jase Kiser, Emma Stockford, Rhyder Hall, Jaks Kiser, Dawson Flanagan, Averly Hall, Kyle Hall, Dominic Dawson, Zach Kiser and Christopher Kiser.
